Hello my crafty friend -- thank you for stopping by to view one of my latest cards. I know it is mid-September, but I'm having a great time creating holiday cards -- in fact, I've been very tempted to put on Christmas music. I refrained...but I don't think I'll be able to hold out much longer! lol
This card features the the Stampin' Up! Christmas Season Bundle (which includes the Christmas Season Stamp Set and the Seasonal Label Dies) and the Stampin' Up! Festive Foliage background stamp. This card is nature-inspired -- it is all about foliage and holly berries but in brownish neutral tones and pops of gold!

Layer #1: Gold Brushed Metallic measuring 5 1/4" x 4"

Layer #4 - Inside Strip: Gold Brushed Metallic measuring 5" x 3/4"
Stamping & Die Cutting: Very Vanilla for all images and sentiment
Step-by-Step Instructions
Prepare Your Cardstock: cut/trim/score/burnish all cardstock as described above
Stamp four (4) leaf cluster images in Evening Evergreen ink on Very Vanilla cardstock
Stamp four (4) berry branch stem images in Evening Evergreen ink on Very Vanilla cardstock
Stamp the holly berryimage, in Cherry Cobbler ink, on each of the stamped branches
Die cut all leaf clusters and holly berry images
Stamp the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink on Very Vanilla cardstock
Die cut the sentiment with the coordinating die from the Seasonal Labels dies
Prepare the Early Espresso cardstock for stamping and heat embossing by applying anti-static powder to the cardstock
Stamp the Festive Foliage background stamp with VersaMark ink on Early Espresso cardstock (TIP: use the Stamparatus to ensure solid, even ink coverage on the cardstock)
Cover the stamped Festive Foliage image with gold embossing powder and tap off excess powder
Heat set (melt) the embossed image with a heat tool
Once cooled, trim the Festive Foliage background stamp layer down to 5" x 3 3/4"
Adhere the Festive Foliage layer to Layer #1 gold metallic cardstock (TIP: I prefer to use liquid glue so I have a little extra time to make sure the layers line up evenly)
Adhere the two layers to the card base
Adhere the sentiment to the front of the card with Stampin' Dimensionals
Arrange and adhere the leaf clusters and holly berry stems under the sentiment; trim leaf stems if/as needed and adhere directly to the cardstock; trim holly berry stems if/as needed and adhere some directly to the card and pop up others with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals)
Adhere Layer #4 (strip of gold cardstock) to Layer #3 (Very Vanilla cardstock); then adhere to the inside of the card
Add a bit of Wink of Stella to the holly berries for a little sparkle!
