I'm working hard to build up my collection of Christmas cards because December will be here in a blink of an eye. I once again pulled out the Stampin' Up! Poinsettia Petals bundle and paired it with a sheet of the Beauty of Earth Designer Series Paper.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Prepare Your Cardstock: cut/trim/score/burnish all cardstock as described above
Stamp the largest flower/petals stamp on white cardstock with Night of Navy ink
Stamp the medium flower/petals stamp on white cardstock with Misty Moonlight ink
Stamp the smallest flower/petals stamp on white cardstock with Misty Moonlight ink
Die cut all flowers/petals with their coordinating dies
Use the two largest flower/petals dies together at the same time, nested together) and run them through the die cutting machine on Misty Moonlight cardstock. Note: one die cuts and one emosses
Paint the large flower/petals (the cut & embossed flower/petals from the previous step) with the Wink of Stella® Clear Glitter Brush
Run Layer #2, white cardstock, through the die cutting machine with the Evergreen Forest 3D embossing folder. Note: place the cardstock in an area of the embossing folder that will give you the impression of the trees that appeals to you -- I chose an area where the tops of the trees would reach the top of the cardstock
Apply anti-static powder, if you have it, to the sentiment cardstock
Stamp the sentiment on the Misty Moonlight cardstock (3" x 1 5/8") in VersaMark ink
Cover the stamped sentiment with White embossing powder, then tap off excess powder
Heat set the embossing powder with the heat tool
Adhere Layer #1 (DSP) to the front of the card base
Adhere Layer #2 (white embossed cardstock) on top of Layer #1 with Stampin' Dimensionals
Adhere the Misty Moonlight flower /petals directly on top of Layer #2 (white embossed cardstock) with adhesive tape or liquid glue
Gently manipulate the three stamped flowers/petals by gently folding the petals to give them curl and dimension
Adhere the largest stamped flower/petals directly to the top of the Misty Moonlight flower/petals with adhesive tape or liquid glue
Adhere the remaining flowers/petals on top of each other with Stampin' Dimensionals
Adhere the sentiment below the flowers, on the white embossed cardstock layer
Adhere the cardstock layers for the inside of the card togher (Basic White on top of Misty Moonlight, and the DSP strip to the bottom of the Basic White layer)
Adhere the inside layers to the inside of the card base
Decorate the front of the card with the Subtle Shimmer Sequins (use teeny, tiny dots of glue to adhere the sequins to the cardstock)
