Ingredients
Stamp Set: Hand-Penned Petals
Dies: Penned Flowers Dies, Basic Borders Dies
Ink Pads: Memento Tuxedo Black, Pale Papaya, Soft Succulent, Daffodil Delight
Cardstock: Thick White, Basic Black
Designer Series Pape (DSP): Hand-Penned Petals DSP
Embellishments: Genial Gems
Adhesives: Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Stampin' Dimensionals
Tools
Basic Supply Kit: paper trimmer, paper snips/scissors, bone folder, acrylic stamping blocks
Stampin' Up! Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine (SUCE)
Optional: Take Your Pick (the putty end makes picking up and adhering gems super easy!)
Optional: low tack tape for holding dies in place when running them through the SUCE, such as washi tape or, my absolute favorite, "Spellbinders - Best Ever Craft Tape" (yes, that is what it is named; it can be found from various online shops)
SUCE (noun, homophone) / soo-kee): the abbrevivated, short-hand name for the Stampin' Up! Cut and Emboss machine. The term SUCE was invented by Barry and Jay of Mitosu Crafts (check out their amazing YouTube videos); the term SUCE was inspired by their cat named Sukie (also pronounced soo-kee, thus creating the homophone) :-)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Prepare Your Cardstock: cut/trim/score all paper as described above
Stamp two flower and leaves clusters in Memento Tuxedo Black ink
On the first flower clusters, stamp the filler stamp for the both the large flowers and small flowers in Daffodil Delight ink
On the first flower cluster, ink the filler stamps for the leaves in Soft Succulent ink; lightly stamp off the ink on scrap paper then stamp the leaves (second generation stamping)
On the second flower cluster, stamp the filler stamp for the both the large flowers and small flowers in Pale Papaya ink
On the second flower cluster, ink the filler stamps for the leaves in Soft Succulent ink and stamp the leaves (first generation stamping)
Die cut both flowers
Die cut Layer #1 Basic White cardstock with the Basic Border Die -- place the die approximately 1" from the bottom of the cardstock (see picture below)
Die cut Layer #3 DSP with the Basic Border Die -- place the die approximately 1" from the bottom of the DSP (see picture below)
Adhere the Basic White die cut border cardstock (Layer #1) to the front of the card base, 1 1/4" from the bottom of the card base
Adhere Layer #2 DSP (yellow) to the front of the card base, positioned directly at the top near the score line / fold
Adere the die cut boder DSP (Panel #3) to the top of the card base, 2 1/4" from the bottom of the card base
Trim several of the leaves off each flower cluster stem to allow the stems to overlap each another (see picture below)
Adhere the Daffodil Delight flowers to the front of the card base, on the right side approximately 1 3/4" from the top of the cardbase
Adhere the Pale Papaya flowers on top of the Daffodil Delight flowers with Stampin' Dimensionals, ensuring the stems overlap each other (see picture below)
Optional Step: add several of the trimmed leaves (from step 13) behind the Pale Papaya flowers in the position you like (optional step)
Stamp the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink to the left of the flowers directly on the card base
Stamp the inside of the card, if desired -- I stamped the stems in Soft Succulent ink and the "dotty flowers" in Pale Papaya ink on both the bottom left and bottom right of the inside of the card base (see photo below)
Adorn the card front with Genial Gems
