I have included the blog hop participants towards the end of this post -- I hope you hop along with my teammates!

Instructions
Prepare Your Cardstock: cut/trim/score all cardstock and/or DSP as described above
Run Layer #1 Basic White cardstock through the die cutting machine using the largest Stitched with Whimsy Die
Stamp. the chicken w/balloon in the center of your white cardstock
Mask the bottom portion of the stamp, with washi tape or a sticky note, covering the chicken but leaving the ballon and string uncovered; cover the stamp with black ink, remove the mask, and stamp one balloon to the right of the primary balloon
Repeat step 4 to create the third balloon on the left side of the primary balloon
Use the Basic Black Stampin' Write marker to draw lines connecting all the balloons to the center balloon string
Color your balloons and chicken with the Stampin' Blends
Add highlight to your balloons with the chalk marker
Adhere Layer #1 (stamped Basic White) to the front of your card base
Adhere layer #2 (Basic White) and Layer #3 (DSP strip) to the inside of your card; decorate with several sequins if desired
Decorate the card front with Artistry Blooms Sequins with sequins (as many as you desire -- I used quite a few!) and several Holiday Basic Rhinestones
