Prepare Your Cardstock: cut/trim/score/burnish all cardstock as described above
Die cut a piece of DSP with the largest banner die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set
Die cut a piece of DSP with the second largest banner die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set
Die cut a piece of Basic White cardstock with the largest circle die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set
Stamp one fern-like stamp in Smoky Slate ink on Basic White cardstock
Stamp two fern-like stamps in Basic Gray ink on Basic White cardstock
Stamp two flower stems in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White cardstock
Color the flowers with Balmy Blue and Petal Pink Stampin' Blends alcohol markers
Die cut the stamped images
Adhere Layer/Panel #1 (DSP) to the top of the cardbase with Stampin' Dimensionals
Adhere the two DSP banners, then adhere them to the top of the circle
Adhere the leafy and floral images to the top of the banners; alternate with Stampin' Dimensionals as desired
Sentiment
On a small piece of DSP, apply anti-static powder, if you have it.
Stamp the sentiment with the VersaMark WaterMark Stamp Pad
Cover the stamped sentiment with White embossing powder, then tap off excess powder
Heat set the embossing powder with the heat tool
Fussy cut the sentiment
Adhere the sentiment to the front of the card
Decorate the front of the card with several Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels
On Layer #6 (Basic White), stamp the bottom of the cardstock with the floral image in Balmy Blue ink
TIP: don't forget to add an additional touch by decorating your envelope
Stamp one or two flowers on the envelope, on the front at the bottom left corner
Adhere Layer/Panel #6 DSP to the back flap of the envelope; trim excess
