Cardstock Measurements (Imperial)

  • Card Base: Thick Basic White measuring 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"

  • Layer/Panel #1: Tea Boutique DSP measuring 5 1/4" x 4"

  • Layer/Panel #2: Basic White (for die cut circle)

  • Layer/Panel #3: Tea Boutique DSP for die cutting

  • Layer/Panel #4: Tea Boutique DSP for die cutting

  • Layer/Panel #5 (for the inside): Tea Boutique DSP measuring 5 1/4" x 4"

  • Layer/Panel #6 (for the inside): Basic White measuring 5" x 3 3/4"

  • Layer/Panel #7 (for the envelope): DSP measuring 5 3/4" x 2 1/2"

  • Cardstock for Die Cutting and Stamping

    • DSP (for die cuts, as mentioned above, and for stamping the sentiment)

    • Basic White


Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Prepare Your Cardstock: cut/trim/score/burnish all cardstock as described above

  • Die cut a piece of DSP with the largest banner die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set

  • Die cut a piece of DSP with the second largest banner die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set

  • Die cut a piece of Basic White cardstock with the largest circle die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set

  • Stamp one fern-like stamp in Smoky Slate ink on Basic White cardstock

  • Stamp two fern-like stamps in Basic Gray ink on Basic White cardstock

  • Stamp two flower stems in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White cardstock

  • Color the flowers with Balmy Blue and Petal Pink Stampin' Blends alcohol markers

  • Die cut the stamped images

  • Adhere Layer/Panel #1 (DSP) to the top of the cardbase with Stampin' Dimensionals

  • Adhere the two DSP banners, then adhere them to the top of the circle

  • Adhere the leafy and floral images to the top of the banners; alternate with Stampin' Dimensionals as desired

  • Sentiment

    • On a small piece of DSP, apply anti-static powder, if you have it.

    • Stamp the sentiment with the VersaMark WaterMark Stamp Pad

    • Cover the stamped sentiment with White embossing powder, then tap off excess powder

    • Heat set the embossing powder with the heat tool

    • Fussy cut the sentiment

    • Adhere the sentiment to the front of the card

  • Decorate the front of the card with several Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels

  • On Layer #6 (Basic White), stamp the bottom of the cardstock with the floral image in Balmy Blue ink

  • Adhere Layers #5 (DSP) & #6 (Basic White) to the inside of the card

  • TIP: don't forget to add an additional touch by decorating your envelope

    • Stamp one or two flowers on the envelope, on the front at the bottom left corner

    • Adhere Layer/Panel #6 DSP to the back flap of the envelope; trim excess
