Sparkle of the Season Bundle that includes the Sparkle of the Season Stamp Set and Seasonal Swirls Dies. This is a great bundle to have in your stash because it includes a variety of sentiments that are perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas projects. It is so versatile.
Sparkle of the Season Card Tutorial
Ingredients
Stamp Set: Sparkle of the Season
Dies: Seasonal Swirls Dies
Ink Pad Colors: Pumpkin Pie, VersaMark WaterMark Stamp Pad (embossing ink)
Cardstock: Early Espresso, Cinnamon Cider, Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler, Pumpkin Pie, Bumblebee
Embossing Folder: Meadow Moments
Ribbon & Trim: Baker's Twine Essentials Pack, Linen Thread, Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon, Polished Pink Open Weave Ribbon, Simply Elegant Trim, Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack (the black & white twine)
Embellishments: 2021-2023 In Color Jewels, Elegant Faceted Gems, Pearl Basic Jewels, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Black Matte Dots, Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels
Embossing Powder: Metallics Embossing Powder (gold [copper would look great too!])
Adhesives: Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Mini Glue Dots, Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive (such as Elmer's brand)*

Basic Supply Kit: paper trimmer, paper snips/scissors, bone folder, acrylic stamping blocks
Heat Tool
Stampin' Up! Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Tim Holtz Thread Cutter/Paper Distresser (Tonic Studios)*
Anti-Static Powder Pouch or Tool (such as EK Success Powder Tool* or Ranger Ink Anti-Static Pouch*)

Cardstock Measurements (Imperial)
Card Base: Thick Basic White measuring 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
Layer #1: Early Espresso measuring 5 1/4" x 4"
Layer #2: Cinnamon Cider measuring 5" x 3 3/4"
Layer #3: Very Vanilla measuring 4 3/4" x 3 1/2"
Layer #4 - Inside: Very Vanilla measuring 4 3/4" x 3 1/2"
Die Cutting:
Early Espresso measuring 4" x 4"
Cinnamon Cider measuring 4" x 4"
Pumpkin Pie small pieces/scrap
Bumblebee small pieces/scrap
Cherry Cobbler small pieces/scrap
Step-by-Step Instructions
Prepare Your Cardstock as described above
Score the cardbase at 2 1/8" and 4 1/4" then fold and burnish in the peak and valley format as described below
Fold the card over at the 4 1/4" score line
Fold the top backwards at the 2 1/8" score line
Unfold the "cardfront", wrap the Meadow Moments embossing folder around the cardfront, wrap the back of the card base around the outside of the embossing folder (so it doesn't get embossed), then run through the Stampin' Up! Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Adhere Layer #2 Cinnamon Cider on the top flap of the card front 1/4" down from the top (centered vertically) and 1/2" to the right of the left edge of the card front, ensuring the right edge of the Cinnamon Cider cardstock meets the edge of the cardbase when the card is folded/closed
Distress all four sides of Layer #3 Very Vanilla cardstock with a paper distressing tool or paper snips
Die cut the fall-themed wreath on Early Espresso cardstock
Die cut the fall-themed wreath on Cinnamon Cider cardstock
Die cut four (4) fall leaves on Pumpkin Pie cardstock
Die cut four (4) fall leaves on Bumblebee cardstock
Die cut four (4) fall leaves on Cherry Cobbler cardstock
Adhere the Cinnamon Cider wreath to Layer #3 Very Vanilla approximately 3/4" from the top, with a spray adhesive or tiny amounts of liquid glue
Adhere the Early Espresso wreath on top of the Cinnamon Cider wreath, with a spray adhesive or tiny amounts of liquid glue
Arrange the die cut leaves to the top of the wreaths and adhere with Mini Glue Dots or liquid glue
Apply anti-static powder, if you have it, to the bottom right corner of the Very Vanilla cardstock
Stamp the sentiment with VersaMark WaterMark Stamp Pad bottom right corner of the Very Vanilla cardstock
Cover the stamped sentiment with gold (or copper) embossing powder, then tap off excess powder
Heat set the embossing powder with the heat tool
Adhere the Very Vanilla layer to the top of the Cinnamon Cider layer
Stamp the small leaves image on the bottom left and right edges of Layer #4 - Inside Very Vanilla cardstock
Adhere the Very Vanilla inside layer to the inside of the card
