I know what you're thinking: more butterflies? These aren't just any run-of-the-mill butterfly stamp set. Not only is the Stampin' Up! Butterfly Brilliance Stamp Set art style realistically detailed (which allows for a wide range of versatility), but also these butterflies are modeled after butterfly species from around the world! The butterflies on this single stamp are arranged for an easy background stamp, or alternatively, use a masking technique to stamp individual butterflies! Combined with the coordinating Brilliant Wings Dies, you can create your own butterflies that will lift off the page!
The creative options are, without a doubt, endless. You have the option of simple die-cut butterfly shapes, intricately detailed die-cut butterfly wings, or layer both styles to create wonderful 3D dimension! Get creative with how you color the spectacular wings with a range of inks, sponge daubers, water painters and more!
Here are several cards that I have not yet shared on my blog.
Card #1
It is subtle, but behind the intricate butterfly die cut in Calypso Coral Cardstock is a butterfly of the same size on white cardstock, brushed with a light watercolor wash of Calypso Coral ink.
Card #2
This card also features a watercolor wash in watered down shades of Magenta Madness and Coastal Cabana.
Card #3
This is one of my absolute favorites. It was a labor of love, created for a very dear friend. There are few bells and whistles held back on this card. For added dimension, texture, and color, I used the Fine Art Gallery Designer Series Paper and adorned the card with two double bows -- one in white and one dyed with Mango Melody Stampin' Blends alcohol Markers. And if that wasn't enough, I added a few sneak peaks at the 2020-2021 In Color Enamel dots. Hands down: this is my FAV!!!

I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU
Your Feedback, Thoughts, & Suggestions
It would be great to hear from you on any topic that's on your mind. I do not have to be your primary demonstrator or even one of your usual go-to resources for inspiration, tips, advice, etc., It would be very beneficial if I can hear from you on any crafting-related topic imaginable. Favorite types of cards? What do you like about my cards? What do you think is missing from my cards? Do you want to see how I use Stampin' Up! supplies for scrapbooking and memory keeping? Do you want to see more fun-folds? Do you want to see more gift packaging? What are the top 3 things you admire most about your favorite crafters (I'd really love to hear this!!!!). Do you have a love-hate relationship with adhesives? Do your cards stand the test of time or do they tend to fall flat? Tell me your pain-points and I will help (or assemble of team of crafters who can come together to help). If you're thinking it or struggling with it, it's a given that someone else is facing the same challenge. Let's help everyone.
